Life of Pi

Thoughts as they come to me...

1. Not a good book to read for those on diet. When you find yourself salivating at the thought of raw turtle innards, imagine what proper food will do to you.
2. The teeth on the island of algae.. what's the symbolism in that ?
3. Pi possibly imagined Richard Parker, the tiger being a metaphor for his 'animal self', a part of him he separated from to keep himself sane.
